A digital manual is included. You will have immediate access to all of the self-directed videos and quizzes upon registration. You could potentially have all of the self-directed activities done prior to your first live class! It is interactive. Pre-license salesperson courses will have access to 60 hours of live online classes so you can choose which dates work best for you. Broker Pre-License Courses are held quarterly on Wednesdays from 9am -1pm.

You must complete the full 4 hours of each the five topics within the time allowed for your course. These lively interactive classes are taught by certified experienced industry professionals.

Locations are currently in Braintree and Sturbridge Massachusetts. Space is limited for the classroom sessions. Early registration is encouraged. Once both parts of the training are complete 20 hours of live classes and 20 hours of self directed work you will earn your certificate that you will use to apply for the state exam.

Pre-Requisite: 3 consecutive years working as a MA licensed real estate salesperson. Register now and complete half of the course before your first live session in January!
